2013-2014 Immunization Requirements
If you visit your child’s physician this summer, please remember to pick up a copy of your child’s most recent vaccination records. If you are fortunate enough not to have to visit your physician this summer, please call and have them send or fax a copy to the school office at 303-762-0156. Thank you for your help in this matter.
The new requirements for immunizations are as follows:
All Kindergarteners and First Graders should have 2 varicella (Chicken Pox) vaccines.
All 6th and 7th graders need to have a Tdap booster.
Cross Country News!
Cross Country will be back as a CSAL sport for 6th-8th graders in the fall. We may have some informal running parties in August to get ready for the season. If you are interested in participating, please send an email to Miss Lang (mailto:lang.slcs@gmail.com) to be added to our email list for summer XC activities.
Easy Fundraisers
-We receive 5% for each King Soopers or Safeway grocery card you purchase through us. Place your order in the office and we’ll return it to you via backpack mail the next day!
-Collect Box Tops for our school!! Look for the Boxtops for Education symbol on General Mills & Betty Crocker products, clip them out and bring them to the school office!
-Office Depot pays us for empty cartridges from copiers, inkjet printers, laser printers and fax machines. Deposit your used cartridges in the box outside the school office. Ask your employer to sponsor us by saving empty cartridges for the school!
School is out for the Summer!
Students return Monday, August 19 at 8 AM.
