Medication Pick Up
Parents, please make the necessary arrangements to
pick up any and all medications that were given to the school for
distribution to your child. If medication is not picked up by the
last day of school the medication will be discarded. NO
MEDICATION WILL BE GIVEN TO THE CHILD TO TAKE HOME. IT MUST BE
PICKED UP BY THE PARENT. If you have any questions, please
contact the school office.
08-09 Immunization Requirements
If you visit your child’s physicians this summer,
please remember to pick up a copy of your child’s most recent
vaccination records. If you are fortunate enough not to have to
visit your physician this summer please call and have them send or
fax a copy to the school office.

The new requirements for immunizations are as
follows:
All Kindergarteners and First graders should have 2
varicella (chicken Pox) vaccines.
All 6th and 7th graders need to
have a Tdap booster.

and School Meeting
The
H&S will meet at 6:30 on Wednesday, June 4 to complete business as
dictated by the Association Bylaws: Written reports from all
officers and committee captains are due to the school by Friday,
June 6th.

Totus Tuus
The Totus Tuus program for children in 1st
grade through high school will be held this year from June 22
