A Catholic Faith-Based Education at St. Louis Catholic School
St. Louis is a parochial school steeped in over 75 years of rich heritage. The all-school liturgies are planned for student involvement and faith formation every Thursday. The school community joins with the Parish to celebrate holy days and the sacraments. The student's faith is also nurtured by daily religion classes, frequent prayer services and service projects. Sacramental preparation is held during the course of the school day for Reconciliation, First Communion and Confirmation.

Our ACRE Results
St. Louis 5th and 8th graders took the National Catholic Education Association Assessment of Catholic Religious Education (NCEA ACRE) assessment in the Spring of 2008. ACRE is a method of evaluating how well students are absorbing their faith. Results of this assessment are compared to a national profile of students. Our 2008 results were excellent:
St Louis' 8th graders scored 14 points higher than the national average!
St Louis' 5th graders scored 8 points higher than the national average!
The test is organized into eight “Domains” or categories of knowledge and four “Pillars.” The “Pillars” reflect the four pillars of the church.
