The entire St. Louis community nurtures the growth of our students. The St. Louis Catholic School faculty, with an average of 14 years of teaching experience, is focused on providing academic and extracurricular development opportunities for our students. Our pastor is a daily presence in the school to reinforce the education of values. Although our students come from all over the South Metro area, they welcomed and supported by our parish community. Many of our students are altar servers at school and parish masses. Teachers and students prepare and serve a Thanksgiving Dinner for Englewood senior citizens. Our largest fundraising event, Jamboree, is the community event of the year as families from the school and the parish join for a day of food, fun, and auction frenzy!
Our students are involved in a wide variety of service activities. One of our most popular clubs is Random Acts of Kindness, kind and covert agents surprising others in thoughtful ways. Older students are teamed with younger students for mass and assemblies. Our 8th graders perform 25 hours of community service in preparation for the sacrament of Confirmation. Many Student Council activities are community-oriented and provide service and leadership opportunities for our students. Over the last two years, Student Council raised funds to purchase a new stained glass window for the church.

At St. Louis Catholic School, the importance of the family is constantly reinforced by an atmosphere that fosters respect for family members from the youngest sibling to grandparents and encourages the involvement of the entire family in school activities.
St. Louis supports larger families through reduced tuition for multiple students, dropping below $300 for the third student and free tuition for the fourth, fifth, etc. child attending St. Louis.
Families participate in each child's preparation for the sacraments and subsequent celebration.
Parent volunteers are an essential part of after-school activities from sports, Boy Scouts and Little Flowers, to academic opportunities such as speech teams, Math Counts, the Spelling Bee and much more.

Students and parents participate in a range of fundraising efforts to support the school and to provide field trip opportunities. These fundraisers include the annual Jamboree (with Italian Dinner, Carnival, and Auction), staffing the concession stand during games, our annual golf tournament, working bingo and many more activities.
There are also special events for the entire family including holiday performances, the annual school play, our science fair, and family skate nights.
