Get Ready to Get Fit!

Students in grades 1 – 8 are invited to join the St. Louis Fitness Club.  We will meet before school to spend approximately 30 minutes exercising.  Occasionally, we will meet after school.  Emphasis will be on running/jogging/walking; however we will also focus on building healthy habits to last a lifetime.  Mostly we will have fun while working out together.

Watch NewsNotes for our meeting schedule!

 MathCounts
